Hi, I am Katy Yaksha, an author of uplifting books. In my blog about the magical power of creativity and the lightness of being (authentic), I share things that help me feel good and fulfilled, and that might inspire you as well.
I really wish that as many people as possible would discover how relatively little is enough to live and feel much better. That's why I decided to share some of it, in addition to the pages of my books, on my blog.

I am an optimistic, very curious, creative person and sharing what can make others' (everyday) life more pleasant brings me great joy. That was one of the reasons why I started writing books, on whose pages I also share my own approach to everyday life. But I wanted to create a space dedicated primarily to lifestyle. Or what happens in between the times when I am not writing the pages of a new book. What inspires me… What awakens in me the desire to experiment and discover… And also what I do to feel energized, to be in harmony, to feel more than think, and if anything, about something worthwhile.
This blog is not my diary, but because it is inspired by my days, sometimes it will resemble a diary form. It is about the approach to everyday life. About the fact that we create many things, including how we feel.
Here you can get inspired by tips related to natural self-care, and in relationships with others. You will learn which books inspire me. And then also other stimuli that make our lives more colorful and often help us understand ourselves or develop. You will find easy recipes and my tips on how to playfully create meals that taste good and are also delicious for the body. Experimenting in the kitchen has been my passion for many years and I love sharing my creations with others the most. Here at least in written form.
How often will I write on the blog? It depends. I'd like to share at least a little inspiration every few days, but if the creative process on a new book is my priority, the gap may be longer.
This space is dedicated simply to everything that, among other things, helps me create my books. Now, at the beginning, I have a rough idea of how I want to develop this blog, but from my own experience I know that I personally prefer to develop things directly in practice.
All you need is a rough vision and a feeling that it is something you are interested in and that it could bring something to others. That’s exactly how I set out to write my first book. And all the others.
Sharing all of the above has been my desire for long enough for me to stop putting it off and start making it happen. After all, when, if not now?
I hope you enjoy reading it and find it inspiring.
See you around!
